🚚 Shipping & Delivery

1. How much is shipping? We try to keep shipping costs low for our customers.

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 (For orders under $39.00)

  • Free Shipping: FREE (For orders over $39.00)

2. How long will it take to receive my order? The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time: 2-3 Business Days (to pack and prepare your order).

  • Shipping Time: 5-14 Business Days (transit time).

  • Note: Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. However, international orders may take up to 30 days due to customs.

3. Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

4. Where is my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your package on our "Track Order" page or via 17track.net.

1. Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly!

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

2. Why did I only receive part of my order? Don't worry! To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products from different warehouses. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

3. I entered the wrong address, what should I do? Please contact us at [email protected] immediately. If your package hasn't been shipped yet, we can update it. If it has already shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

1. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I start a return? Please do not send the package back to the address on the shipping label. Instead, email us at [email protected] with your Order #, and we will guide you through the process.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective or wrong: We pay.

  • If you simply changed your mind: You pay.
